What is Rubik?
Rubik is a customer loyalty program app aimed at businesses and their customers. Through Rubik, you can offer your customers a customized loyalty program with points, coupons and stamps. Send your customers special offers and discounts. It's easy to use and lets you manage your program through a simple, friendly admin environment.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. The customer gives their mobile number at the till and your staff add stamps or points from the admin. If they download the Rubik app, they can see their card and rewards there. The app is only needed if you use the physical magic stamp.
How long does it take to sign up a customer?
The customer scans your shop's QR code and downloads the Rubik app. They sign in with their mobile number and the verification code they receive. The app opens on your shop's card and they're ready to collect stamps or points.
How do staff record a purchase?
With the physical magic stamp: the customer opens their card in the Rubik app and staff touch the stamp to their phone screen. The magic stamp is optional. From the admin: staff type the customer's mobile number and add a stamp or points. The customer doesn't need the app.
Does Rubik connect to my POS?
Rubik works without a connection: staff record purchases from the admin, next to your till. If you want purchases to pass from your POS into Rubik automatically, we build a connection for your system. Contact us and we'll work out what it needs.
What happens if a customer changes phone?
Everything they've collected stays with their mobile number. On the new phone they sign in to the app with the same number and find it all there. If they don't use the app, nothing changes for them.
How can I track the progress and performance of the program?
Through the platform we provide, you can monitor information about the total points collected, customer performance, the coupons that are active and much more. This way, you can assess how effective the program is and adjust your strategies.
